OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO ORDER:
First you will need to register for a wholesale account in our Registration Page. After approved, you will have access to our website with wholesale prices. Unfortunately, due to the intense labor & cost of materials to some of our designs, not everything in our retail site is available for wholesale purchase.
STOCK:
Most pieces are made to order with a production time that is listed on the product page.
WHOLESALE PRICING:
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.
OPENING ORDERS:
There is a 4-piece minimum required for your first stock order. No minimum for re-orders. There is no customization for stock order items. We ask that you order all items as sampled but we welcome customized re-orders for your individual brides. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for in full before items are shipped, unless a Purchase Order is previously approved. RE-ORDERS: No minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay within 30 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 30 days past due.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to info@ericaelizabeth.com within 48 hours.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Our terms of payment are prepaid via PayPal were you may safely pay with your debit or credit card. We also accept Purchase Orders with terms of payment upon previous approval. Please provide 3 references from other bridal industry vendors that you have carried smaller balances for 3 years or more. For example, other wedding accessory companies, shoes, jewelry, lingerie. Please do not list large wedding dress companies.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

We ship via the United States Post Office Priority mail. Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-8 weeks for your order to ship depending on the style. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
CONSIGNMENT:
At this time, we do not ship on consignment. Thank you!
